Food Historian Consulting

Sarah Wassberg Johnson - The Food Historian - is available for consulting on a variety of projects including film, television, exhibitions, books, and more. 

Sarah has appeared on shows such as "The Food That Built America" on The History Channel and the docuseries "Eat Me, Or Try Not To,"  and consulted on projects for National Geographic, history museums, and more. 

Consulting
Pricing is $250 per session of up to 2 hours. Sessions extending beyond 2 hours are $100 for each additional hour. 

Film & Television Appearances
Pricing starts at $500 per day, not including travel and lodging. 

Research
Food history research and access to The Food Historian's private library and cookbook collection is $250 for the first hour and $100 for subsequent hours of research. Research will include written reports and citations.
