A number of wonderful organizations have created digital exhibits covering food topics that I think are interesting enough to share. Click the links below to see each exhibit. I'll update whenever I find a new one OR, please send any good ones my way.

Food Conservation During WWI - a one-page section of "Together We Win: The Philadelphia Home Front During the First World War."
Time of the Garden - an online exhibit about the role of government in encouraging the public to garden, including information about Victory Gardens during WWI and WWII.
